Description

Future-proof by enabling 3D and 2D fingerprinting

  • 1000 and 500 ppi images in the platen plane are FBI-certified 2D images.
  • Continuously variable resolution in Z axis exceeds 500 ppi by a factor of more than 100.
  • 3D images stored compactly as BMP images.
  • Lossless compression required to avoid degradation of depth data.
  • U.S.-based innovation, manufacturing, and support.

Exceed FBI-certified needs while capturing incredible 3D imagery

The RX1000 delivers the highest quality of i3’s devices at 1000 ppi while also offering 500 ppi. It features Water Enhancement Technology (WET) which completely eliminates the effects of water and actually uses moisture to enhance fingerprint capture quality. With simultaneous capture of 3D images at up to 22 frames per second, the RX1000 offers fast capture like no other scanner. Once saved in a BMP format, the 3D images can be visualized using utilities provided in the SDK.

The RX1000 couples with inVize ID, and other applications to help improve fingerprint processing at every stage.
